Our Helpline

The helpline is a confidential, safe service where trained advisors listen to you. Our non face to face team provides emotional support and listening by phone, email or WhatsApp. If you are suffering from emotional distress, mental health issues or suicidal thoughts we can offer non-judgmental support, guidance and help before it becomes a crisis.
